This Privacy Policy applies to Yungly Pay ("we", "our", or "us"), a product of Yungly Capital. By using our services, you agree to this policy. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf.

  • Transaction data: Payment amounts, merchants, timestamps, and UPI transaction IDs.
  • Device data: Device type, OS version, and app usage patterns for security and performance.
  • Parent/guardian information: Name, contact details, and bank account details for loading money.

We do not collect or sell data for advertising. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.

  • To process payments and maintain account balances
  • To comply with RBI KYC requirements for prepaid instruments
  • To send transaction alerts to teens and parents
  • To detect fraud and protect account security
  • To improve app performance and user experience
  • To send product updates (you can opt out at any time)

4. Minor-Specific Protections

We take extra care with data belonging to users under 18. We do not serve behavioural advertising to minors under any circumstances.

All accounts for users under 18 require parental consent and verification. Parents may request deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting us at info@yunglypay.in.

We do not sell, rent, or share minor user data with any third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketers.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Payment data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant partner infrastructure. We conduct regular security reviews and maintain strict access controls.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us at info@yunglypay.in. We will respond within 15 business days.

You may also request that we stop processing your data for marketing purposes at any time. This will not affect the service provided to you.
