1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Yungly Pay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must accept these terms on your behalf. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Yungly Capital.
2. Eligibility
Yungly Pay is designed for Indian teenagers aged 13 to 18. By using the service, you confirm that:
- You are between 13 and 18 years of age, or a parent/guardian acting on behalf of a minor.
- You are a resident of India.
- A parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these terms if you are a minor.
- You have provided accurate information during registration.
3. Services Provided
Yungly Pay is a prepaid wallet and UPI payment service. We provide:
- A prepaid wallet for receiving, storing, and sending money via UPI.
- Parental controls and spending visibility for parents or guardians.
- Savings goals and financial literacy features.
- PayLink — a private payment link feature for receiving money.
4. User Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials and UPI PIN secure.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Use Yungly Pay only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to circumvent parental controls or spending limits.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
5. Fees and Charges
Yungly Pay is committed to transparent pricing. Any fees applicable to your account will be clearly disclosed before being applied. We do not charge hidden fees.
Transaction fees, if any, will be displayed in the app prior to confirmation of payment. Yungly earns revenue through interchange fees paid by merchants — not from your balance.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently. You may close your account at any time by contacting us, and any remaining balance will be refunded subject to verification and applicable regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yungly Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount held in your Yungly account at the time of the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
